摘要
作为超大规模集成电路物理设计的重要组成部分,布线算法根据布局结果以及网表完成逻辑线网的连接,同时满足时延、设计规则、可制造性等要求。介绍了布线领域的核心技术路线,阐述了主要的路径搜索算法及全局布线、详细布线的主要算法及其特点,还介绍了在新兴工艺节点下面向可制造性设计的布线算法。
As an important part of the physical design of VLSI,the target of routing algorithm is to achieve 100%routability based on the placement results and netlist while satisfying the requirement of timing,design rule,manufacturability and so on.Introduce the key approaches of routing,expound the main algorithms of path search,global routing,and detailed routing.Algorithms of design for manufacturability on routing under emerging technology nodes are also introduced.
