As the underlying computing hardware of the artificial intelligence era,the importance of artificial intelligence chips is self-evident.The concept and key technologies of artificial intelligence chips are introduced,the development stages and characteristics of artificial intelligence chips are expounded,and the future development trend is forecasted at last.
