文化生态保护区建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Cultural and Ecological Protection Zone

本文在梳理文化生态保护国际趋势和在中国实践探索的基础上,辨析文化生态、文化生态系统、文化生态保护、文化生态保护区的概念,指出文化生态保护区建设中存在的问题,揭示内在动因,提出"处理好文化遗产保护与利用的关系""加强文化遗产项目和重点区域的整体性保护""发挥民众的主体作用"的保护思路,最后以黔东南文化生态保护试验区为例,总结其保护目标与保护措施,为其他文化生态保护区的建设提供借鉴和参考。

On the basis of combing the international trend of cultural and ecological protection and practicing and exploring in China,this paper analyzes the concepts of cultural ecology,cultural ecosystem,cultural and ecological protection,cultural and ecological protection zones,points out the problems existing in the construction of cultural and ecological protection zones,and reveals the internal motivations,and puts forward the protection idea of"handling the relationship between the protection and utilization of cultural heritage","strengthening the overall protection of cultural heritage projects and key areas"and"playing the main role of the people".Finally,taking the Qiandongnan cultural and ecological protection experimental zone as an example,summarizes its protection objectives and protection measures,providing reference for the construction of other cultural and ecological protection zones.
