For building a modern circulation system with Chinses characteristics,there are four points that we need to carry out:formulate the“14 th Five-Year plan”for the modern circulation industry system;dare to lead a new global circulation revolution;put“reduce cost,increase efficiency,improve quality”as the main battlefield of circulation industry;strengthen the construction of circulation channels,find loopholes,strengthen weak links and dredge channels.
