物流业高质量发展指标体系研究

Research on High Quality Development Index System of Logistics Industry

本文基于党的十九大提出的高质量发展新论断,结合国内外物流发展现状和发展趋势研究内容,对我国物流业高质量发展进行研究,并以发展过程和发展结果为主线构建物流业高质量发展指标体系。针对初步建立的指标体系,本文收集大量指标相关数据进行测算,并根据测算结果对指标项进行筛选。在筛选过程中,采用定量与定性分析相结合的方式,保证指标体系的全面有效性。最终,本文建立了以基本建设、高质量发展驱动力、政府行为支持、资源配置效率、产业结构效率、生态成果、发展惠民成果、产业多元融合为一级指标,包含32个指标项的物流业高质量发展指标体系。

Based on the new conclusion of high-quality development put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper studies the high-quality development of Chinese logistics industry in combination with the current situation and development trend of logistics development at home and abroad,and constructs a high-quality development index system of logistics industry based on the development process and development results.According to the preliminary index system,a large number of index related data are collected for calculation in this paper,and the index items are screened according to the calculation results.In the process of screening,quantitative and qualitative methods are used to ensure the overall effectiveness of the index system.Finally,this paper establishes a high-quality development index system of logistics industry with 32 indicators,including infrastructure construction,high-quality development driving force,government behavior support,resource allocation efficiency,industry structure efficiency,ecological results,development results benefit the people,and industry diversified integration.
