摘要
以高附加值、小件、应急类商品为主的客户对物流效率的需求使高铁成为物流合作伙伴的选择,通过高铁的高速特征解决物流低效率的问题,组建高铁为主体的物流联盟成为扭转物流困境的重要手段。然而,以高附加值、小件、应急类商品为主的快运市场与目前的高铁货运、传统物流运输存在供给错位的问题,本文深入分析了产生错位问题的原因,并在此基础上,创新性地提出高铁企业可以和第三方物流企业以组建联盟的方式,合作发展高铁货运物流,同时,本文也为双方联盟化运营提出了发展建议。
Due to the demand for logistics efficiency from customers with high value-added,small,emergency-type goods,logistics chose high-speed rail as a partner to solve the problem of logistics inefficiency through the high speed of high-speed rail.Therefore,the formation of high-speed rail as the main logistics alliance has become an important means to reverse the logistics dilemma.However,there is a supply mismatch between the express transport market,which is mainly for high value-added,small and emergency goods,and the current high-speed rail freight and traditional logistics transport.This paper analyzes in depth the causes of the mismatch problem,and on this basis,innovatively proposes that high-speed rail enterprises can cooperate with third-party logistics enterprises to develop high-speed rail freight logistics in the form of alliance.At the same time,this paper also puts forward development suggestions for the alliance operation of both sides.
