摘要
利用FW214自动维氏硬度计,通过综合评定法对经校准的459HV10标块进行试验;并对测量结果的影响因素进行了分析,进而评定了维氏硬度试验的测量不确定度。结果表明:该试验室检测方法、检验水平能够满足GB/T 4340.2要求;综合评定法在提高检验效率的同时也能满足试验准确度需求。
Vickers hardness is a standard to express the hardness of materials,and the evaluation method of the uncertainty of vickers hardness measurement can make the measurement of vickers hardness more accurate and reliable.This article respectively using FW214 types of vickers hardness tester by comprehensive evaluation method,for by the state professional measuring unit calibration 459 HV10 standard blocks were tested respectively,and the measurement results of influence factors were analyzed,and evaluation of uncertainty of measurement of the vickers hardness test.The results showed that the testing level could meet the error range of GB/T 4340.2.The comprehensive evaluation method can not only improve the test efficiency but also meet the requirement of experimental accuracy.
