摘要
能力验证是评价实验室检测水平及检测结果质量控制的重要措施之一,实验室内部人员比对试验是评价检测人员技能水平的重要方法。介绍了利用能力验证样品对实验室内部人员开展比对试验可以提高检测能力,确保实验室检测质量控制水平的具体过程。
Proficiency testing is one of important measures to evaluate the laboratory test level and quality control of test results.Laboratory internal personnel comparison test is an important method to evaluate the skill level of testing personnel.This paper introduced the specific process of using proficiency testing samples to carry out comparison tests for laboratory internal personnel,which could improve the detection capability and ensure the quality control level of laboratory testing.
