血小板功能检测指导冠心病抗栓治疗的应用 被引量：1

摘要 阿司匹林联合P2Y12受体抑制剂的双联抗血小板治疗(dual antiplatelet therapy,DAPT)是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的治疗方法。国内常用的P2Y12受体抑制剂包括氯吡格雷和替格瑞洛,其引起的出血事件常导致患者急诊入院[1]。然而其中阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷的治疗方案在临床中应用广泛。
