超声引导下经皮粗针组织学穿刺活检胰腺占位性病变138例 被引量：4

摘要 超过80%的胰腺癌患者发现时就已经失去手术治疗的机会。在胰腺占位性病变指南中,推荐超声内镜引导细针抽吸(endoscopic ultrasound-guidedfine needle aspiration,EUS-FNA)活检为胰腺肿瘤进行病理学诊断的首选方式,但细胞学一般只是定性诊断,而且有报道称其敏感性跨度范围78%~99%[1-6],说明其变异性很大。指南建议,在可能的情况下粗针组织学穿刺活检还是必要的,不仅可以进行病理学分型.
