基于Cite Space的医疗纠纷研究热点可视化分析

Visualization amalysis on medical dispute articles based on Cite Space software

目的探讨开展医疗纠纷相关研究应关注的侧重点。方法基于中国知网数据库,利用文献计量学Cite Space软件对2002-2019年检索的2622条医疗纠纷文献进行关键词共现知识图谱可视化分析。结果采用关键词共现知识图谱可视化分析,2002-2017年和2018-2019年两个阶段的研究热点均集中于医疗纠纷(医患纠纷)、医患关系及医疗损害。结论多数研究认为医疗损害和医患关系是导致医疗纠纷发生的主要原因,应从规范医疗行为、注重医患沟通入手,依法依规预防和妥善处置医疗纠纷。

Objective To discuss the key points that should be paid attention to in the study of medical dispute.Methods Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,visualization analysis of keyword co-occurrence knowledge map was used to 2,622 medical dispute documents retrieved from 2002 to 2019 by Cite Space software for bibliometrics.Results With the visualization analysis of keyword co-occurrence knowledge map,the research hotspots in the two stages of 2002-2017 and 2018-2019 are focused on medical disputes(doctor-patient disputes),doctor-patient relationship and medical damage.Conclusions Most studies suggest that medical damage and doctor-patient relationship are the main causes of medical disputes.It is necessary to standardize medical behaviors,pay attention to doctor-patient communication,prevent and handle medical disputes properly in accordance with laws and regulations.
