摘要
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetesmellitus,GDM)患者血Betatrophin、HbA1c、25-(OH)VitD3的表达水平及其相关性。方法选取2018年1-12月医院收治的80例GDM患者作为研究组,并选取同期80例健康妊娠孕妇作为对照组,检测并比较两组血中Betatrophin、HbA1c、25-(OH)VitD3的表达水平。结果研究组孕妇血Betatrophin、HbA1c表达水平明显高于对照组,而25-(OH)VitD3表达水平明显低于对照组,同时研究组维生素不足发生率(86.25%)明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Pearson相关分析结果显示,GDM患者血HbA1c水平与Betatrophin水平呈正相关(r1=0.452),与25-(OH)VitD3水平呈负相关(r2=-0.556),血25-(OH)VitD3水平与Betatrophin水平呈负相关(r3=-0.358),相关性均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,HbA1c和25-(OH)VitD3分别是GDM发生的危险因素和保护因素(P<0.05)。结论血Betatrophin、HbA1c及25-(OH)VitD3水平与GDM有密切联系,妊娠期及时补充维生素D有助于控制血糖,降低GDM的发生率。
Objective To investigate the expressions of and correlations between blood betatrophin,HbA1 c and 25-(OH)VitD3 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Eighty patients with GDM admitted to our hospital between January 20 and December 2018 were enrolled as the study group,while another eighty healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The blood concentrations of betatrophin,HbA1c,and expression levels of 25-(OH)VitD3 were compared.Results The expression levels of betatrophin and HbA1c in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the expression levels of 25-(OH)VitD3 were significantly lower.The incidence of vitamin deficiency in the study group(86.25%)was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that blood HbA1c levels were positively correlated with betatrophin levels(r1=0.452)but negatively correlated with 25-(OH)VitD3 levels(r2=-0.556).There was a negative correlation between blood 25-(OH)VitD3 levels and betatrophin levels(r=-0.358),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that HbA1c and 25-(OH)VitD3 were risk factors and protective factors for GDM(P<0.05)respectively.Conclusions The levels of blood betatrophin,HbA1c and 25-(OH)VitD3 are closely related to GDM.Immediate vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy can help control blood sugar and reduce the incidence of GDM.
