摘要
职业教育的目的是培养社会需要的技术技能型人才,有针对性的扬长培养有助于增强职业教育的适应性。分层教学可以帮助不同层次学生完成学业;理实一体教学可以实现培养学生工程意识、发挥技术技能长板的目标;技能大赛与个性化培养,能够使学生个体的长板更加突出;产教融合能够提升人才培养的针对性和实效性;教材建设能够有效提升学生的学习效果。
The goal of vocational education is to training technical-skilled talents needed for the society,and the targeted“Advantage-developing Culture”mode is conducive to enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,Layered teaching may be helpful for the students at different learning level to complete their learning;theory-practice teaching helps realize the goal of training students’consciousness of engineering and giving full play to their advantage in technical skill;skill competitions and individualized training can make students’advantages stand out;industry-education integration can improve the targeted-ness and effectiveness of talent training;the teaching materials improvement can effectively improve learning effect.
