新时代高职院校辅导员思想政治工作成效研究

A Study on Counselors’Ideological and Political Work Effectiveness in Higher Vocational Institutes in the New Era

学生思想政治教育是高职院校辅导员的重要工作,其工作成效受职业教育改革大局、院校建设水平、社会家庭环境、师生个体素质等多重因素影响。以学生思想政治素养、学习工作能力及生理和心理健康发展和辅导员职业能力、自我调适能力及价值认同度6个成效构成要素一级指标,基于调查结论和实证分析后发现,提高综合能力素质、构建新型师生关系、创新教育管理方式、搭建信息反馈平台以及丰富教育实践载体是构建辅导员工作成效评估指标体系的有效维度,以此维度为参照,努力提升辅导员工作成效,推动学生思想政治工作的深入开展。

The ideological and political education for college students is counselors’important work in vocational institutes,and the effectiveness of their work is influenced by multiple factors such as the overall situation of vocational education reform,the construction of institutes,family and social environment,as well as individual quality of teachers and students.Six effectiveness elements including students’ideological and political quality,learning&working ability and physiological&psychological health as well as counselors'professionalism,ability in self-adjustment and value identification degree,constitute first-grade indexes.The results from investigation and empirical analysis show that improving comprehensive ability and quality,building a new teacher student relationship,innovating educational and management modes,constructing a information feedback platform and enriching educational practice carriers are effective dimensions for building a counselors'work effectiveness evaluation index system.This system can be used as reference to improve counselors’work effectiveness and further push forward the ideological and political work for college students.
