把握现代职教体系特征探索“双高”院校建设路径

Grasping the Characteristics of Modern Vocational Education System and Exploring the Path to the Construction of“Double High-level”Vocational Institutes

进入新时代以来,党和国家高度重视中国特色现代职业教育体系的建构。“双高”院校应在准确把握中国现代职业教育体系“中国特色”“现代性”特征的基础上,积极发挥引领作用,在坚持党的全面领导和社会主义办学方向、构建市域产教联合体和行业产教融合共同体、建立专业动态调整机制、开辟多元灵活办学格局等方面着重发力,推进职业教育内涵式高质量发展,更好地服务国家战略,为国家建设和区域经济发展提供坚实的人才保障。

Since entering the new era,the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as“the Party”)and the whole country have attached great importance to the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.“Double High-level”vocational institutes should play an active leading role on the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics of modern vocational education system——“Chinese characteristics”and“modernity”,exert great force in such aspects as sticking to the Party’s comprehensive leadership and socialist school-running direction,building the city-wide industry-education union and the industry-wide industry-education integration community,establishing a dynamic major adjustment mechanism and laying out a multiple flexible schooling paradigm,promote connotation-based high-quality development of vocational education,so as to better the service for national strategy and provide a large-volume talent pool for national construction and regional economic development.
