学院教务部门日常处理的事务大部分通过数据表格形式完成,在数据的填报、文件发送、存档过程中,常出现诸如在填写数据表时破坏原始的表格格式、收集整理数据表需要花费额外多的时间等问题。研发基于VBA的教务数据平台,可实现教务数据表的高质量信息管理,提高教务管理的效率,体现信息化和智能化发展趋势。基于VBA的教务数据平台的研究完成了对教务部门相关数据表实现汇总、导入、锁定格式、导出等一键式操作,设计的教务数据平台简单易用,对教务工作的信息化管理与维护起到了十分重要的作用。

What the office of academic affairs deals with on daily basis is finished through all kinds of data forms,There are frequent problems including original form damage,extra time for data collection and processing during the data filling,file sending and archiving.It can realize high-quality information management of educational data forms and raise the educational administrative efficiency to develop the educational administration data platform based on VBA,presenting the developing trend for informatization and intelligentization.This study realizes one-button operation for gathering,import,format locking and export of relevant educational administrative data.Simple and usage-friendly,the designed data platform plays an important role in information management and maintenance involving academic affairs.
