Grasping the Innovation-driven Trend, Constructing a Base for High-end Industry Cluster: on the Path to Innovative Development in Anhui Province in the New Era

创新是推动整个人类社会向前发展的重要力量。基于“十三五”时期我国创新驱动发展呈现出的趋势特征与安徽省创新发展取得的良好成效,结合具体省情,安徽省创新发展路径选择可从突出创新驱动引领、发挥财政资金引导激励作用、推进战略性新兴产业培育建设、加快建设制造强省、统筹推进创新发展四大支撑体系等方面进行考量,以增强核心竞争优势,在“十四五”期间区域经济竞争中占据有利位置,实现发展目标。

Innovation serves as a significant driving force for the forward marching of the whole human society.Based on the trend and characteristics presented in China’s innovation-driven development in the period of“the Thirteenth Five-year Plan”as well as good effects brought about by innovative development in Anhui Province,in view of the concrete situation in the new era,the choice of path to innovative development can be taken into consideration in the following five aspects:highlighting the innovation-driven leading role,playing a stimulating role of fiscal funds,pushing forward the construction of“reviewing the Party-joining oath,re-constructing organizations and disciplines,re-shaping the pioneering image and making first-class performance”,facilitating the shaping of a powerful province in the manufacturing sector,boosting the four supporting systems for innovation-driven development in a plan-as-a-whole way.What is mentioned above is of great practical significance for Anhui Province to hold a good position throughout the regional economic competition in the period of“the Fourteenth Five-year Plan”so as to realized its fixed development goals.
