高职院校智慧物流管理专业人才培养模式研究

On the Talents Training Mode for the Major of Intelligent Logistics Management

信息时代飞速发展,智慧物流已成为物流产业转型升级的动力。物流企业需要更高素质的人才,这对高职院校物流人才的培养提出新的挑战,高职院校如何培养掌握该领域核心能力的人才显得尤为重要。高职院校应根据物流企业对物流管理专业核心能力的要求,分析物流管理专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,借鉴发达国家和相关高职院校物流管理人才培养的实践经验,重构智慧物流的人才培养和课程体系,以培养精通智慧物流教学的教师队伍,完善智慧物流实践教学的校企合作平台,从而推动高职院校物流管理专业培养出符合社会需求的复合型物流管理人才。

Information age has seen the rapid development,and intelligent logistics has become the driving force for transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.Logistics enterprises need more high-quality talents,which poses new challenges to the logistics talents training in higher vocational institutes.It is particularly important for them to cultivate the talents who master the core competence in this field.According to the requirements of logistics enterprises for the core competence of logistics management,higher vocational institutes shall analyze the problems in the talents training mode,learn the practical experience on logistics management talent training from developed countries and relevant institutes,and reconstruct the system for talent training and curriculum of intelligent logistics,so as to cultivate a teaching team proficient in intelligent logistics teaching and improve the school-enterprise cooperation platform for intelligent logistics practical teaching,which thus facilitates the training of inter-disciplinary logistics management talents who meet the social need.
