新时期高校劳动教育的思考与探索

Reflections and Explorations on Labor Education in Universities and Colleges in the New Period

劳动教育是党在新时期对教育提出的新要求,是高校落实立德树人任务的重要抓手,是新时代综合育人、推动民族复兴的必然要求,意义重大。当前,高校劳动教育尚存在诸多现实问题。针对高校劳动教育中出现的问题,高校要积极归因并从家庭、学校、社会、政府等四个维度提升和改进,打通校内外,形成合力,构建多主体协同劳动教育体系,共同提高劳动教育成效。

Labor education is a new requirement put forward by the Party for education in the new period,an important channel for universities and colleges to put cultivating talents with high morality in place,an inevitable need for all-round cultivation in the new era and an unavoidable process for promoting national rejuvenation,so it is of great significance.Currently,there are multiple problems with labor education.In view of its problems and attributes,labor education in universities and colleges shall be promoted from four dimensions of family,school,society and government,that is,the resources inside and outside campus shall be connected to form a resultant force to construct a subject-collaborative labor education system for the purpose of raising the labor efficiency.
