高职院校新入职教师的双导师培养 被引量:1

The Basic Strategy of Double-tutors Training for New Teachers in Higher Vocational Institutes

摘要 近年来,新入职教师的培养是高职院校一直重视的课题。为了充分发挥校企协同育人的现代学徒机制,针对高职院校新入职教师的"双导师"培养模式要求在培养过程中为新入职教师配备"双导师",即校内教学导师和企业技能导师。高职院校及早规划关于新入职教师培养的基本策略,能快速提升新入职教师的教学、实践、科研和服务能力,自身的内涵建设和人才培养质量也能有所提高。 The training for new teachers has been the issue which higher vocational institutes have kept paying attention to.In order to give full play to the modern apprenticeship mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education,the"double-tutors"training mode for new teachers in higher vocational institutes demands to equip new teachers with double tutors in the training process,that is,a tutor from the institute and a skill tutor from the enterprise.Higher vocational institutes shall plan as early as possible the basic training strategy for new teachers,which can rapidly improve their ability in teaching,practice,scientific research and service,and the connotation construction and talent training quality of higher vocational institutes can be also improved.
