高职院校社会服务贡献率评价指标体系的构建

On Establishment of the Evaluation Index System for Social Service Contribution Rate in Higher Vocational Institutes

社会服务是高职院校的重要职能之一,为便于高职院校从横、纵两个维度对比并分析其社会服务贡献率,包括目标层(社会服务贡献率)、准则层(人才培养贡献度、科技成果贡献度、培训服务贡献度、文化传承创新贡献度与社会服务保障度5个准则)、指标层(32个指标)的三级评价指标体系得以构建,体系中的各指标权重也得以确定。其评价结果有利于指导高职院校结合实际优化资源配置,并对社会服务的内容及路径进行宏观调控,以便于更好地发挥其社会服务职能。

The social service is an important function of higher vocational institutes.For the purpose of comparison and analysis of the social service they provide from horizontal and vertical dimensions,a three-level evaluation index system is established,which covers a target(social service contribution rate),5 criteria(talents cultivation,scientific and technological achievements,training and service,cultural inheritance and innovation as well as social service safeguard)and 32 indexes.Besides,the weight of each index is also determined.The evaluation result is beneficial for guiding higher vocational institutes to optimize the allocation of resources in accordance with the actual situations and control contents and ways of social service with a macroscopic view so as to play a more important role in performing their social service function.
