全媒体环境下高校校园媒体组织管理改革探索——以武汉生物工程学院大学生记者团为例

Exploration on the Reform of Campus Media Organization and Management under the Omnimedia Environment——Take the Press Corps of Wuhan University of Biological Engineering as an Example

以武汉生物工程学院大学生记者团为例,探索全媒体环境下高校校园媒体组织管理改革路径,指出项目式、团队式运营机制变革,优化了组织结构,激发了学生记者团集体智慧,实现了内容多渠道、多平台、多终端的传播,推动了高校校园媒体融合发展。同时强调,要把经常性的思想政治教育融入日常管理活动中,把"三全育人"贯穿学生社团管理的始终。

In Wuhan University of Bioengineering students press corps,for example,to explore the media environment of campus media organization management reform path,points out that the project type,team type operating mechanism reform,optimize the structure of the organization,stimulated student reporter collective wisdom,has realized the content through multiple channels,multiple platforms,the spread of terminals,to promote the development of college campus media convergence.At the same time,it is emphasized that the regular ideological and political education should be integrated into the daily management activities,and the"three-perfect education"should run through the management of students’associations.
