Frontal Crash Occupant Injury Optimization Research on a Mini Electric Vehicle Without Passenger Side Airbag

摘要 为优化某微型电动车正碰无气囊情况下的副驾乘员头颈部损伤,基于LS_dyna仿真对标模型对头颈部伤害曲线进行对标,在此基础上从不同安全带力性能表现方面对头颈部伤害进行研究,并对比分析得出减小乘员头颈部损伤相对理想的安全带力性能表现状态方案,再进行实车试验验证方案的有效性。仿真和试验结果表明:预紧限力安全带的肩带力在限力阶段有过冲表现会对假人头颈部伤害产生不利影响,同时安全带预紧力过小或过大也会对乘员伤害产生不利影响,合适的预紧安全带力性能可有效降低假人头颈部损伤。 In order to optimize the head and neck injury of the passenger of a micro-electric vehicle in the case of collision without airbag,the head and neck injury curve was benchmarked based on the LS dyna simulation benchmarking model,and on this basis,the head and neck injury was studied from the aspects of different seat belt force performance.The optimal seat belt force performance scheme to reduce head and neck injury was obtained by comparative analysis,and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified by real car test.The simulation and test results show that overshooting performance of the shoulder force for a pre-tightening limited force seat belt during the force limiting stage will have adverse effects on the head and neck injury of the dummy,and too small or too large pre-tightening force of the seat belt will also have adverse effects on occupant injury.Appropriate pre tightening force performance of the seat belt can effectively reduce the head and neck injury of the dummy.
