摘要
煤炭出港是煤炭下水港最重要的作业环节之一,相比于传统露天堆场,筒仓生产线在环保、高效、自动化上均有显著优势。由于煤炭码头配煤等生产工艺的要求,筒仓线在生产中还需满足配煤作业同步、装舱与轮次顺序约束、筒仓容量限制等特殊约束。通过梳理配煤码头筒仓生产作业与装船流程协同的作业关系,分析问题本质并建立混合整数规划(MILP)与约束规划(CP)两种数学模型,对港口资源进行合理分配与调度,使得在泊船只作业完成时间最短。采集国内某煤炭港口实际作业场景中的数据,生成不同规模算例进行实验测试,探索不同优化方法在煤炭港口生产管理中的应用效果。
Coal departure is one of the most important operations in coal launching port,Compared with traditional open yard,silo production line has significant advantages in environmental protection,high efficiency and automation.Due to the requirements of coal terminal coal distribution and other production processes,the silo production line also needs to.meet the synchronization of coal distribution operations,loading and rotation sequence constraints,silo capacity limitations and other special constraints in the production.By sorting out the operational relationship between silo production and ship loading process synergy in coal distribution terminal,we analyze the essence of the problem and establish two mathematical models,namely,mixed integer linear programming(MILP)and constraint programming(CP),to reasonably allocate and schedule the port resources,so as to minimize the time of completing the operation of the vessels at berth,The data in.the actual operation scenario of a coal port in China are collected,and different scale arithmetic cases are generated for experimental testing to explore the application effect of different optimization methods in the production management of coal ports.
