沥青路面结构层材料的体积参数与力学参数的关联性分析

Study on the Relationship Between Volume Parameters and Mechanical Parameters of Asphalt Pavement Structural Layer Materials

摘要 依托青临高速的实验路数据,针对沥青混合料、水泥稳定碎石和路基的体积参数与力学参数的关联性进行分析,得到了二者的关联性方程,并将关联性的分析结果进行了理论应用,细化了AI设计方法中沥青层的疲劳破坏准则和AASHTO设计指南中野外沥青层的疲劳预估模型。结果表明,沥青混合料矿料间隙率与力学参数相关性较好,水泥稳定碎石的含水量与力学参数的相关性较好,路基的力学参数与体积参数的相关性较差。 Relying on the experimental road data of Qinglin Expressway,the correlations between volume parameters and mechanical parameters of asphalt mixture,cement stabilized macadam and subgrade were analyzed,the correlation equations between them were obtained,and the correlation analysis results were applied theoretically.The fatigue failure criteria of the asphalt layer in the AI design method and the fatigue prediction model of the field asphalt layer in the AASHTO design guide were refined.The experimental results show that asphalt mixture has good correlation between mineral clearance ratio and mechanical parameters,cement stabilized macadam has good correlation with mechanical parameters,and the correlation between the mechanical parameters of the roadbed and the volume parameters is poor.
