摘要
依据钢结构理论阐明了输电塔主材双包节点螺栓的双重不均匀受剪原理,通过精细化数值分析验证了理论的有效性和可靠性,结合参数分析和钢结构计算原理推导了主材双包节点螺栓不均匀受剪的计算方法。结果表明:双包连接螺栓的受剪主要表现为双重不均匀性,一方面为螺栓纵向受剪不均匀性,即端部螺栓承担主要的内力,中间部位螺栓受力较小;另一方面由于轴力对螺栓双剪面的偏心弯矩以及内包角钢和外贴节点板连接刚度的较大差异,使得螺栓的两个剪切面受剪不均匀,即螺栓横向受剪不均匀性。输电塔结构设计中未考虑双包螺栓的横向受剪不均匀性,低估了螺栓的最不利剪力,偏于不安全。研究结论可以用于指导工程实践,对输电塔结构设计的发展具有重要意义。
Based on the theory of steel structure,the principle of double non-uniform shear of bolts in double clad joints of transmission tower was expounded,the validity and reliability of theoretical assumption were verified by refined numerical simulation.Combined with parameter analysis,the calculation method of non-uniform shear of bolts in double clad joints of transmission tower was deduced.The experimental results show that the shear of bolts in double clad joints is mainly double non-uniform.On the other hand,due to the large difference between the eccentric bending moment of the leg member axial force of the angle steel type and the connection stiffness of the inner angle steel and the outer gusset plate,the shear unevenness of the two shear planes of the bolt,that is the transverse shear unevenness of the bolt.The non-uniformity of transverse shear of double enveloped bolts is not considered in the design of transmission tower structure,which underestimates the most unfavorable shear force of bolts and is unsafe.The research conclusions can be used to guide engineering practice,which is of great significance to the development of transmission tower structure design.
