摘要
通过添加不同比例的高锰酸钾/亚硫酸钠对剩余污泥进行预处理,研究其对剩余污泥发酵产酸过程的影响。结果表明,高锰酸钾-亚硫酸钠可有效促进剩余污泥产酸,最大产酸量达到3299mg COD/L,是未加氧化剂对照组的2.2倍。与对照组和高锰酸钾组相比,高锰酸钾-亚硫酸钠实验组在预处理阶段污泥有机质溶出和VFAs浓度增加更为显著,而发酵阶段差别不大。这些结果说明,高锰酸钾-亚硫酸钠促进产酸的机理主要是生成的高活性物质一方面增加了污泥中有机质的释放,另一方面直接将部分有机质氧化成了VFAs。该氧化体系对VFAs的组成影响较小,产生的VFAs中乙酸占比最高,达44%以上。
The WAS was pretreated by adding different proportion of potassium permanganate and sodium sulfite to investigate the effect of PM-SF on the fermentation process of WAS.The experimental results show that PM-SF could effectively promote the VFAs production,and the maximum VFAs production reacheds 3299 mg COD/L,which is 2.2 times of the control group without oxidant.Compared with the control group and potassium permanganate group,the organic matter dissolution and VFAs concentration of PM-SF group increase more significantly in the pretreatment stage,but there is no significant difference in the fermentation stage.These results indicate that the mechanism of PM-SF to promote VFAs production is that the high active substances generated increase the release of organic matter in WAS on the one hand,and directly oxidize part of organic matter into VFAs on the other hand.The system has little effect on the composition of VFAs.Acetic acid(more than 44%)accounts for the highest proportion of VFAs.
