不同类型纤维对环氧沥青混合料性能影响研究 被引量:2

Study on the Influence of Different Types of Fiber on the Performance of Epoxy Asphalt Mixture

摘要 为改善环氧沥青混合料的路用性能,选用对沥青性能敏感的纤维材料,研究纤维类型对环氧沥青混合料性能的影响规律。选取不同公称最大粒径常用AC级配:AC-10、AC-13、AC-20,研究纤维类型对不同AC级配环氧沥青混合料性能的影响规律。结果表明:掺加不同类型的纤维均可以明显改善其各项使用性能,其中低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能提高幅度最大;随着级配公称最大粒径的减小,除高温稳定性之外的其余各项路用性能均出现一定程度的提高,掺加纤维的改善效果也逐渐增强;聚酯纤维对其水稳定性改善效果较好,而玄武岩纤维对其抗疲劳及抗开裂性能改善效果较好。 In order to improve the road performance of epoxy asphalt mixture,fiber materials sensitive to asphalt performance were selected to study the influence of fiber types on the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture.In this paper,AC-10,AC-13,and AC-20 were selected to study the influence of fiber type on the performance of different AC graded epoxy asphalt mixture.The research results show that adding different types of fiber can significantly improve its performance,of which the low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance increase the most;with the reduction of the nominal maximum size of the grading,the other road performance except high-temperature stability is improved to a certain extent,and the improvement effect of adding fiber is gradually enhanced polyester fiber on its water stability.The qualitative improvement effect is better,while the basalt fiber has better effect on its anti fatigue and anti cracking performance.
