桂林喀斯特地区多层居住建筑夏季室内热环境与热舒适现场研究 被引量:2

Field Survey on Summer Indoor Thermal Environment and Comfort of Multi-storey Residential Buildings in Guilin Karst Area

摘要 对桂林喀斯特地区多层自然通风居住建筑夏季室内外物理环境参数进行现场实测,并对居住其中的154位受试者展开热舒适主观问卷调查,收集调研问卷254份。对实测数据和调查问卷通过温度频率法回归分析,结果显示,该地区城市居民夏季预测和实测中性温度分别为25.4℃和24.8℃;两者对应的80%可接受温度范围分别为22.8~28.0℃和21.0~28.5℃;适应性预测平均热感觉模型APMV=PMV/1+0.43×PMV,自适应系数λ=0.43,与GB/T50785—2012《民用建筑室内热湿环境评价标准》的规定值有较大出入。对居住建筑所处不同环境以及居民不同年龄段、不同性别的热感觉进行分析,结果存在差异。 The indoor and outdoor physical environment parameters of multi-story residential buildings under natural ventilation in Guilin karst area were measured on site in summer,154subjects were surveyed with subjective thermal comfort questionnaires.In total,254research data were collected.Through the temperature frequency method and weighted linear fitting method,results show that the predicted and actual neutral temperature in summer were 25.4℃and 24.8℃,respectively.The corresponding 80%acceptable temperature ranges of the two were 22.8~28.0℃and 21.0~28.5℃.The adaptive predicted mean vote(APMV)model is APMV=PMV/1+0.43×PMV.By using APMV model,the adaptive coefficient of the naturally ventilated residential buildings in Guilin was calculated to be 0.43,which is in great discrepancy with the prescribed values given in GB/T50785—2012"Evaluation standard for indoor thermal environment in civil buildings".The thermal sensation are various in residential buildings with different surrounding environments and residents with different ages and genders.
