摘要
针对5G频段以及传统频段的微波能量收集,提出了一款五频段整流天线,其主要由微波能量接收天线和五频段整流电路组成。为了将空间中的5G频段中3.5GHz与4.9GHz的微波能量以及传统频段中的1.75GHz、2.3GHz、2.8GHz的微波能量转为直流功率进行输出,整流电路由两个并联二极管结构的整流电路并联而成,为了收集更多的微波功率,接收天线的辐射方向图在1.75GHz与2.3GHz实现全向性的线极化辐射,在2.8GHz,3.5GHz和4.9GHz实现圆极化辐射。五频带整流天线可在功率为-20~5dBm的环境中工作,且最大RF-DC转换效率可达到58%。因此该整流天线可为低功耗电子设备供电。
A five-band rectenna is proposed for harvesting the microwave energy in the 5 Gand the traditional frequency band,which consists of a receiving antenna and a multi-band rectifier.In order to convert the microwave energy of 3.5 GHz and 4.9 GHz in the 5 Gfrequency band in space and the microwave energy of 1.75 GHz,2.3 GHz and 2.8 GHz in the traditional frequency band into DC power for output,the five-band rectifier consists of two parallel diode rectifier.The radiation pattern of the receiving antenna realizes omnidirectional linearly polarized radiation at 1.75 GHz and 2.3 GHz,and realizes circularly polarized radiation at 2.8 GHz,3.5 GHz and 4.9 GHz in order to collecting more microwave energy.The fiveband rectenna can work well in an environment with a power of-20~5 dBm.And the maximum RF-DC conversion efficiency can achieve 58%.Therefore,the rectenna can power low-power electronic devices.
