基于氮氢混合气为燃料的PEMFC性能仿真分析与研究

摘要 建立以氮氢混合气(氮氢摩尔浓度比1∶3)为燃料的盲孔阳极PEMFC二维动态模型,研究分析燃料电池在阳极流道末端吹扫阀未工作状态下电流与电压随着时间的变化、阳极流道内氢气浓度随时间与空间的变化、吹扫阀控制策略对燃料电池输出特性的影响以及燃料效率随电压的变化。结果表明,当吹扫阀关闭且输出电压一定时,电池的输出电流能够在对应的特定值稳定工作一段时间后急剧下降,其次合理的设置吹扫阀的吹扫时间能够保证电池稳定的工作,当输出电压为0.62V时,燃料电池的效率约为53%,比文献中的实验值高56%。研究结果能够为使用氨气重整气为PEMFC燃料的可行性提供参考。 A two-dimensional dynamic model of PEMFC with dead-ended anode was establish in this article.The fuel is nitrogen-hydrogen mixture gas(The molar ratio of nitrogen to hydrogen is 1∶3).Study and analyze the change of current vs voltage with time when the purge valve is not working,the variation of hydrogen concentration in the anode passage with time and space,the influence of purge valve control strategy on fuel cell output characteristics,and the variation of fuel efficiency vs voltage.The results show that when the purge valve is closed and the output voltage is constant,the output current of the fuel cell works stably for a period of time at the corresponding specific value.Secondly,the reasonable setting of purge valve purge time can ensure the stable operation of the fuel cell.Finally,the efficiency of the fuel cell is about 53%when the output voltage is 0.62 V,which is 56%higher than the experimental value in the reference.The research results can provide reference for the feasibility of using ammonia reformed gas as PEMFC fuel.
