改善交直流互联电网功率调控性能的FACTS冗余设计

Redundant Design Method of the FACTS for the Power Regulate Capability Improving of the Hybrid AC/DC Power Systems

摘要 提出了分析分布式潮流控制器可靠性的一种方法,该方法采用系统可靠度模型,分析分布式潮流控制器串联侧冗余设计的可靠寿命。采用文献开关器件可靠性参数,绘制了分布式潮流控制器可靠度曲线,计算出采用冗余设计后串联侧整体的可靠寿命。将串联侧变换器整体可靠寿命指数与常规电力装置进行对比,通过分析可靠度曲线得到了串联侧单元变流器的参考数量。在串联侧每相要求至少十台变流器的分布式潮流控制系统中使用该方法,对比了不同冗余数量可靠性的差异,得出了满足可靠性所需的最低冗余数量,可以有效改善交直流互联电网功率调控性能。 The reliability analysis strategy of Distributed Power Flow Controller is proposed.This strategy utilize the kout-of-n:G system reliability model and calculated the reliability of redundant serial converters of Distributed Power Flow Controller.The Mean Time To Failure is calculated utilizing the basic reliability of switching device.The reliability curve of Distributed Power Flow Controller is plotted utilizing the reliable life index.Compare the reliable index of traditional devices with index of the Distributed Power Flow Controller,the optimal amount of redundant series units is analyzed.This strategy is used in the system which needs at least ten serial converter units per phase to realize designed control ability.Compare the different reliability utilizing different number of redundant serial converters,the minimal serial unit amount to meet the required redundancy reliability is obtained.This optimal amount can ensure the control ability of the Distributed Power Flow Controller and minimize the total cost,the power regulate capability can be impoved.
