某地下办公建筑热环境实测与数值分析

Field Measurement and Numerical Analysis on Thermal Environment of an Underground Office Building

摘要 针对某安装有机械排风装置的浅层地下办公房间,对其室内热环境进行了现场实测。主要测量参数有室内外空气温湿度、二氧化碳浓度、风口风速及壁面温度。采用示踪气体浓度衰减法测量了房间换气次数。测量结果显示,室内空气温度适宜,但相对湿度较高。结合Airpak数值模拟结果,发现机械排风状况下,室内部分区域空气流动速度较高,临近土壤侧区域空气龄较大。针对已有的热环境问题,提出了相应的改善措施。 Aiming at a shallow underground office room with mechanical exhaust device,the indoor thermal environment is measured in this study.The main measurement parameters include indoor and outdoor air temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,wind speed of air outlet and wall temperature.Tracer gas concentration attenuation method is used to measure the room air change rates.The measured results show that the indoor air temperature is suitable,but the relative humidity is relatively high.Combined with the numerical simulation results by Airpak,it is found that the indoor air velocity in some working area is too high and the mean age of air in some zone close to the soil is too large.In the view of the existing thermal environment problems,the corresponding improvement measures is proposed.
