尖晶石型催化剂CoCr_(2)O_(4)净化PM和NO_(x)及其改性研究 被引量:1

The Study on Modified Spinel Catalyst CoCr_(2)O_(4)Used for Decontaminating of PM and NO_(x)

摘要 采用溶液燃烧法对尖晶石型催化剂CoCr_(2)O_(4)进行制备并优化了影响因数,再对其进行A位掺杂Sr离子改性得到系列催化剂(Co_(1-x)Sr_(x)Cr_(2)O_(4),x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5),并用X-衍射分析和电镜扫描分析表征;继而对优化后的催化剂进行实验室小样模拟评价实验,研究其对柴油机尾气中的PM和NO_(x)的净化效果。 Solution combustion method was employed to fabricate the spinel oxide CoCr_(2)O_(4)catalyst,and the influencing factors were optimized.Metal strontium ion was doped to to prepare a series of modified catalysts(Co_(1-x)Sr_(x)Cr_(2)O_(4),x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)and the properties were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Finally laboratory simulation experiments were performed to investigate the purification effect of the catalysts on PM and NO_(x) in diesel exhaust.
