Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O变化对熔融法制备钢渣微晶玻璃性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O Ratio on Properties of Glass-ceramic Developed from the Melting Converter Slag

摘要 为充分利用钢渣并提高其附加值,提升钢渣制备高性能微晶玻璃的综合利用能力。实验通过熔融法制备出微晶玻璃,并采用DSC、XRD以及SEM等测试手段研究了Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O变化对制备钢渣微晶玻璃所造成的影响,结果显示随着Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O的增加,所析出的晶相均为霞石和枪晶石晶相,Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O通过影响玻璃网络结构和析晶状态进而影响钢渣微晶玻璃的性能。微晶玻璃的最高抗折强度为181.03MPa,密度最高为2.99g/cm^(3),显微硬度最高为923HV。 The comprehensive utilization ability of high performance glass-ceramics was raised by improving the steel slag input coefficient and product added value.Glass ceramics were prepared by melting method,and the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O ratio was changed on the preparation of steel slag glass ceramics in this experiment.The heat treatment process and the structure were studied by DSC,XRD and SEM.The results showed that with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O ratio,the precipitated crystal phase was crystalline phase of nepheline and cuspidine.Al_(2)O_(3)/K_(2)O ratio influenced the structure of glass network and the crystallization.The crystal state further affects the properties of steel slag glass ceramics.The maximum flexural strength of glass ceramics is 181.03 MPa,the highest density is 2.99 g/cm^(3),and the highest microhardness is 923 HV.
