针对磁悬浮冗余支承结构参数的最大输出电磁力优化方法 被引量:1

摘要 在基于广义电流线性化的磁悬浮容错方法上,提出了一种基于磁悬浮冗余支承结构参数的偏置电流系数优化方法。数学推导了偏置电流系数在饱和约束下的选取范围,通过建立了电磁力、受控电流与偏置电流系数间的模型,证明了针对冗余结构参数存在着最优的偏置电流系数值。提出了在同样结构参数与饱和约束下,输出最大电磁力的优化目标,设计了针对该需求的偏置电流系数优化算法。数值试验证实了文中所提出的方法能准确得到针对该优化目标的最优偏置电流系数值,且文中方法在不同结构中的通用性也得到了证实。 About magnetic levitation fault-tolerant method based on the generalized current linearization,an optimization method of bias current coefficient based on the redundant supporting structure parameters in active magnetic bearings was proposed.The selection range of the bias current coefficient under saturation constraints has been derived mathematically.And through the establishment of the model between the electromagnetic force,the controlled current and the bias current coefficient,it has been proved that there is an optimal value of current bias coefficient for the redundant structural parameters.The optimization objectives to output the maximum electromagnetic force under the same structural parameters and saturation constraints is proposed.And the optimization algorithm of bias current coefficient for the requirements has been respectively designed.It has been confirmed by numerical experiments that the method proposed in this paper can accurately obtain the optimal value of bias current coefficient for the above goal,and the versatility of this method in different structures has also been confirmed.
