页岩气开发油基钻屑-酒糟共热解特性研究 被引量:1

Study on Co-pyrolysis Characteristics of Oil-based Drill Cuttings and Distiller’s Grains in Shale Gas Development

摘要 为研究生物质对页岩气开发油基钻屑热解特性的影响,以酒糟和油基钻屑为研究对象,分析二者热解特性,并采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法对热解活化能分布进行研究,结合Coats-Redfern积分法对其主要热解阶段最佳机理函数进行探讨。结果表明,酒糟的添加可促进油基钻屑热解反应,失重率增加,最大失重峰温度向低温区移动,共热解实际活化能分布(64.05~232.60kJ/mol)低于理论活化能分布(78.78~240.52kJ/mol),共热解呈现出协同作用。 Distiller’s grains and oil-based drill cuttings(OBDC)were studied to research the effect of biomass on pyrolysis characteristics of OBDC,which was generated from shale gas development.The Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method was used to research the distribution of pyrolysis activation energy,and the optimal mechanism function in the main pyrolysis stage was discussed by Coats-Redfern integration.The results indicate that distiller’s grains can promote the pyrolysis reaction of oil-based drill cuttings,increasing the weight loss rate,and the maximum weight loss peak temperature was moved to the low temperature zone,and co-pyrolysis actual activation energy distribution(64.05~232.60 kJ/mol)was lower than the theoretical activation energy distribution(78.78~240.52 kJ/mol),indicating the co-pyrolysis exhibits a synergistic effect.
