基于断口形貌商用硫系玻璃断裂机理探究 被引量:1

Fracture Mechanism in Commercial Chalcogenide Glasses Based on the Fractographic Obervation

摘要 利用三点弯曲法,借助断口形貌显微观察,表征了湖北新华光信息材料有限公司正在生产的5种商用硫系玻璃抗折强度和断口形貌,并讨论了断裂机理。结果表明,断口的具体形貌一般包括4个部分:镜面区、雾状区、裂纹区和沃纳线区;镜面区一般位于张力面中轴线的两端或中部。半径类似时,随着镜面区由张力面中轴线中部移向两端时,试样抗折强度下降;位置相似时,试样的抗折强度随镜面区半径减小而增大;镜面区位置和半径均接近时,试样的抗折强度随平均限制数增加而增大。 The fracture strength and fracture morphology of five commercial chalcogenide glasses provided by New Huaguang Information Materials Co,Ltd were characterized using the three-point bending method and microscopic observation.The experimental results show that the fracture morphologies of glasses consist of four parts:the mirror,the mist,the hackle and wallner lines.The mirror usually locates at the ends or middle of center axis in tension plane.For the samples with similar mirror radius,their fracture strength decreases when the mirror shifts from the center axis forward the ends in the tension plane.For the samples with similar position of the mirror,the fracture strength increases with the increase of the mirror’s radius.For the samples with both similar radius and position of the mirror,the fracture strength of glasses increases along with the increase of the number of constraint.
