摘要
以导电陶瓷ZrC和TiC作为研究对象,通过喷涂的方法制备复合导电陶瓷多孔钛板,借助SEM、电阻率、钝化曲线等方法对材料的结构和性能进行了表征。研究表明:喷涂法制备的ZrC/Ti和TiC/Ti复合多孔钛板的气孔与多孔钛板相似,阳极钝化曲线的结果表明ZrC/Ti复合多孔钛板的致钝电流最低且点蚀电位最高,tafel曲线的结果表明ZrC/Ti复合多孔钛板的腐蚀电流较低,发生氧化反应的速度比纯多孔钛板低,以上结果均表明ZrC/Ti复合多孔钛板相比纯多孔钛板具有较高的耐腐蚀性。
Using conductive ceramics ZrC and TiC as object,we prepared the composite conductive porous titanium plates by spraying.The structure and properties of the material were characterized by SEM,resistivity and passivation curves.The experimental results show that the pores of ZrC/Ti and TiC/Ti composite porous titanium plates prepared by spraying method are similar to those of porous titanium plates.The results of anodic passivation curves show that the blunt current is the lowest and the point etching potential of ZrC/Ti composite porous titanium plate is the highest.The TAFEL curve shows that the corrosion current of ZrC/Ti composite porous titanium plate is the lowest and the oxidation rate is lower than that of pure porous titanium plate.All these results show that the ZrC/Ti composite porous titanium plate has higher corrosion resistance than pure multi-porous titanium plate.
