热电离质谱测定浙江杨梅中^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值及其在产地溯源中的应用

摘要 利用热电离同位素质谱对浙江省3个杨梅主产区(慈溪、余姚和仙居)的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值进行测定,优化了锶元素的纯化程序。对^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值进行统计分析,结果表明:浙江省3个杨梅主产区杨梅果实的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值呈正态分布,其中余姚市杨梅果实的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值最高,仙居杨梅果实^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值最低;杨梅不同部位^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值具有一定的相关性,且3个杨梅主产区杨梅果实的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值具有显著性差异,可以通过^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素比值对浙江省杨梅果实进行原产地溯源。 The^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotope ratios of Myrica rubra in three main producing areas(Cixi,Yuyao and Xianju)of Zhejiang Province were determined by thermal-ionization mass spectrometry,and the purification procedure of strontium was optimized.The^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotopic ratios were statistically analyzed.The results show that^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotope ratios in Myrica rubra fruits from three main producing areas of Zhejiang Province are in normal distribution,among which the^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotopic ratios of Yuyao were the highest,and the^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotopic ratios of Xianju were the lowest.The isotope ratios^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr from different parts of Myrica rubra are positively correlated.There are significant differences in^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotopic ratios of Myrica rubra fruit from three main producing areas in Zhejiang Province.Therefore,the^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotope ratio in Myrica rubra from Zhejiang Province can be used to trace the geographic origin.
