摘要
针对我国电力企业在人力资源管理中存在的人才素质低、管理制度不健全、创新意识不足等问题,从激励与创新等方面提出了改进的对策。
In view of the problems existing in the human resource management of China's electric power enterprises,such as low quality of talents,imperfect management system,and insufficient awareness of innovation,this paper puts forward countermeasures for improvement from the aspects of motivation and innovation.
