摘要
以国网武汉供电公司从世界银行发布的"获得电力"评价体系出发,紧扣"获得电力"四个分项指标,开展优化营商环境体系建设,重构优化供电服务流程,推出的"两增两减双提升"工作举措为例,提出了通过增强供电可靠性、增强服务透明度、减少临柜次数、减少客户投资、提升快速响应效率、提升综合能源服务能力,打造环节少、时间短、造价低、服务优的办电服务新模式,来优化营商环境。
Based on the evaluation system of"access to electricity"issued by the world bank,Wuhan power supply company of State Grid closely adheres to the four sub indicators of"access to electricity",carries out the construction of optimized business environment system,reconstructs and optimizes the service process of power supply,and puts forward the work measures of"two increases,two decreases and two improvements"by enhancing the reliability of power supply,enhancing the transparency of service,reducing the number of temporary cabinets to reduce customer investment,improve rapid response efficiency,improve comprehensive energy service capacity,and create a new mode of power operation service with fewer links,short time,low cost and excellent service to optimize business environment.
