江苏文化金融融合发展现状、难点及对策

Current Situation,Difficulties and Countermeasures of Cultural and Financial Integration in Jiangsu Province

文化金融融合对于江苏省文化产业的发展至关重要。通过对当前江苏省文化金融融合发展现状的分析,我们发现,江苏省在资金支持力度、政策体系和组织体系三个方面都在不断健全完善,文化金融发展已处在全国领先水平。本文以文化企业信用体系、无形资产评估、文化品质内容为重点,分析阻碍江苏省文化金融融合发展的难点,并认为文化企业信用体系、无形资产评估和文化品质内容是文化金融融合的内核,是文化与金融融合的关键。为此,本文针对以上分析,提出了八点对策建议,以加强文化金融创新融合,推动江苏文化产业发展。

Cultural and financial integration is very important for the development of cultural industry in Jiangsu Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cultural and financial integration in Jiangsu Province,this paper finds that Jiangsu Province is constantly improving its financial support,policy system and organizational system.The development of cultural finance has been in the leading level in China.This paper analyses the difficulties that hinder the development of cultural and financial integration in Jiangsu Province by focusing on the credit system,intangible assets evaluation and quality cultural content,which are the core and the key of cultural and financial integration.Therefore,in view of the above analysis,this paper provides eight countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the integration of cultural and financial innovation and promote the development of cultural industry in Jiangsu.
