摘要
大数据时代,重大公共事务决策面临新的风险挑战,也有了不断更新的风险治理手段。基于这样的背景,本文将有关大数据时代重大公共事务决策风险治理的研究区分为风险治理、公共事务决策、大数据分析三个研究领域,并分别对它们以及它们交叠领域的研究历史和现状进行梳理和归纳。
In the era of big data,the decision-making of major public affairs is facing new risks and challenges,meanwhile there are constantly updated means of risk management.Based on this background,we divide this research on risk governance of major public affairs decision-making in the era of big data into three parts:risk governance,public affairs decision and big data analysis,then we summarized the research history and the present situation of these three parts,as well as their overlapping field.
