国内外文化创意产业融资模式差异及其成因探析——基于中美日的比较研究

Research on Differences in Financing Modes of Creative Cultural Industries at Home and Abroad and Their Causes——Based on A Comparative Study of China,America and Japan

高效的融资模式是各国文化创意产业发展的重要保障。本文在分析中美日文化创意产业发展现状的基础上,从融资环境、融资渠道、融资方式等方面对中美日的融资模式进行了比较,分析了各国融资模式间存在的差异,并从顶层制度设计、经济周期波动、产业链拓展、知识产权保护体系等方面探究了差异形成的原因,最后在借鉴国外文创产业发展经验的基础之上,结合我国实际,从制度创新、融资渠道的拓展与方式创新、融资担保体系健全、知识产权保护、完整产业链构建角度提出构建我国文化创意产业高效融资模式的对策与建议。

Efficient financing mode is an important guarantee for the development of cultural and creative industries in various countries.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cultural and creative industries in China,America and Japan,this paper compares the financing modes of China,the United States and Japan from the aspects of financing environment,financing channels and financing modes,analyses the differences among financing modes in different countries,and explores the causes of the differences from top-level system design,economic cycle fluctuation,industrial chain expansion,intellectual property protection system,etc.Finally,drawing on the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cultural and creative industries in China from the aspects of system innovation,broadening financing channels,strengthening intellectual property protection,and building a complete industrial chain.
