基于物元模型的少数民族自治州文化发展测评研究

Evaluation Research of Cultural Development in Minority Autonomous Prefecture Based on Matter-Element Model

适应新时代发展历史方位,少数民族自治州文化事业和文化产业的繁荣发展必须坚持以推动社会主义文化强国建设为目标,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,注重用社会主义先进文化引领促进各民族文化的保护传承。梳理中央关于推动少数民族自治州经济社会全面发展的各项政策要求,根据把社会效益放在首位、社会效益和经济效益相统一的内在逻辑,筛选深化文化体制改革、扩大优质文化产品供给的主要表征进行分类组合,运用物元理论与熵权法建立评价模型,对红河哈尼族彝族自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州2018—2021年的文化发展情况进行实证分析,有助于构建完善适合在全国推广的少数民族自治州文化发展水平的指标体系,有利于通过正向激励、正面引导提升全民族的文化创造创新活力,形成铸牢中华民族共同体意识的常态化工作机制。

In order to adapt to the historical development direction of the new era,the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and industries in ethnic minority autonomous prefectures must adhere to the goal of developing a great socialist culture in China,with the main line of forging strong sense of community for Chinese nation,and pay attention to using advanced socialist culture to promote the protection and inheritance of various ethnic cultures.Sorting out the various policy requirements of the central government to promote the comprehensive economic and social development of ethnic autonomous prefectures,based on the inherent logic of prioritizing social benefits and unifying social and economic benefits,selecting and combining the main characteristics of deepening cultural system reform and expanding the supply of high-quality cultural products,using the theory of matter-elements and entropy weight method to establish an evaluation model for Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture Empirical analysis of cultural development in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture from 2018 to 2021.It helps to establish a comprehensive indicator system for the cultural development level of ethnic autonomous prefectures that is suitable for nationwide promotion,and is conducive to enhancing the cultural creativity and innovation vitality of the entire nation through positive incentives and guidance,forming a normalized working mechanism for forging strong sense of community for Chinese nation.
