中国的城市更新对城市公共文化带来了前所未有的影响,公共文化提升乏力制约城市社会发展。城市更新带来的城市社会结构变迁、城市文脉断续及公共文化服务供给低效等系列问题冲击了固有的公共文化结构形态,成为公共文化面临的现实情境。而城市更新视域下公共文化矛盾的表象空间诱因是城市更新导致个体文化行为空间与公共文化空间的空间争夺与发展不协调;内核文化成因是传统个体文化精神与城市公共精神的认同及塑造中的发生冲突;治理结构归因则是政府治理转型与社会自主成长过程中的治理能力失衡;这三重矛盾集合的关联效应形成了城市更新视域下公共文化的多重阻滞。场景理论提供了城市更新视域下公共文化进行场景再造的创新策略。以场景性作为公共文化创新策略的逻辑起点,提升城市公共文化空间场景性,实现空间争夺的破解。提升城市公共文化场景的交融性,促进城市公共文化以文化参与、文化消费、文化生产等多样化方式运行,寻找城市多元公共文化场景中的融合点,以融合文化对峙。政府应探索城市公共文化场景的治理性,多元场景主体应培育场景治理意识,激发场景主体参与力、创造力、消费力、治理力,进一步调节政府与社会的能力失衡。

Urban renewal in China has brought unprecedented impact on urban public culture,and the weak promotion of public culture restricts the development of urban society.The series of problems brought about by urban renewal,such as the changes of urban social structure,the discontinuity of urban context and inefficiency of the supply of public cultural services,have impacted the inherent configuration forms of public culture,and become a realistic situation faced by public culture.The appearance space inducement of public cultural contradiction in the view of urban renewal is that the urban renewal leads to the disharmony of space competition as well as development between individual cultural behavior space and public cultural space.The cause of core culture is the conflict between the identification as well as shaping of traditional individual cultural spirit and urban public spirit.The attribution of governance structure is the imbalance of governance capacity in the process of governance transformation and independent growth of society.The correlation effect of these triple sets of contradictions forms multiple obstacles to public culture from the perspective of urban renewal.Scene theory provides an innovative strategy for scene reconstruction of public culture from the perspective of urban renewal.It takes scene as the logical starting point of public cultural innovation strategy and further to crack space competition.In order to improve the blending of urban public cultural scenes and promote the operation of urban public culture in diversified ways such as cultural participation,cultural consumption and cultural production,and find fusion points in the urban multiple public cultural scenes to integrate cultural confrontation.The government should explore the governance of the urban public cultural scene,multi-scene subjects should cultivate the consciousness of scene governance,stimulate the participation,creativity,consumption,and governance of scene subjects,and further to adjust the ability imbalance between the government and society.
