长三角高校创意人才培养与区域文化产业发展耦合协调度研究(2016—2020)

Study on Coupling Coordination Degree between the Cultivation of Creative Talents in Colleges and the Development of Regional Cultural Industry in Yangtze River Delta Region from 2016 to 2020

高校创意人才培养有效作用于区域文化产业发展,区域文化产业的高质量发展集聚创意人才,反哺高校人才培养。本文以CIPP模型和波特钻石模型为支撑,构建高校创意人才培养评价体系和区域文化产业发展评价体系,运用熵值赋权法,搭建耦合模型,从时序、空间角度考量“十三五”时期长三角高校创意人才培养和区域文化产业发展,以及两系统耦合协调度的时空演变。研究发现,长三角地区两系统发展综合指数均稳步提升,协调性逐渐优化,并且呈现典型的区域内差异。其中,江苏虽两系统耦合度和协调性优势最强,但与安徽同样存在产业发展滞后于人才培养的问题,浙江、上海两系统协调性均优于安徽,但两地人才培养滞后于产业发展。由此,提出提升高校服务社会功能、推进文化产业转型升级、促进长三角区域一体化的优化建议。

The cultivation of creative talents in colleges effectively contributes to the development of regional cultural industry,the high-quality development of which gathers creative talents,which feeds the cultivation of talents in colleges back.The research constructs the evaluation system for the cultivation of creative talents in colleges based on CIPP Model and the evaluation system for the development of regional cultural industry based on Michael Porter Diamond Model respectively.The spatial and temporal evolution of the two systems mentioned above and the coupling coordination degree between them during the thirteenth Five-Year Plan period are analyzed through the way of entropy weighting method and coupling model.What is found is that the development indexes of both systems in Yangtze River Delta Region have been steadily improved and the coordination has been gradually optimized,while the development gap between the four provinces and cities in Yangtze River Delta Region and the development hysteresis between the two systems in these provinces and cities are still obvious.To be more specific,Jiangsu has the strongest coupling and coordination advantage of the two systems while the same problem as Anhui that industrial development lags behind talent cultivation still exist.Meanwhile,Zhejiang and Shanghai both have better coordination than Anhui,but talent cultivation in both places lags behind industrial development.As a result,the following suggestions for optimization are put forward.Firstly,we should enhance the function of colleges in serving society.Secondly,the transformation and upgrade of cultural industry should be promoted.At last,we need to break the administrative barriers to promote the integration of Yangtze River Delta Region.
