Cultural Ecology:A New Vision of the Construction of Cultural Security in the New Era

文化生态是解码文化安全的一把钥匙,是观察文化安全的“晴雨表”。从结构上看,文化生态反映文化交融与碰撞的时空格局;从内容上看,文化生态体现文化要素的数量规模与程度;从功能上看,文化生态彰显文化建设成果的客观面貌。经过几十年的建设,当前中国文化生态总体上良好,但也存在诸如部分文化主体身份迷失、文化内容同质倾向突出、文化资源的多样性降低以及主导文化的解释力下降等问题。上述问题严重影响文化主体的价值认同,制约文化创新的前进步伐,消解马克思主义的主导地位,阻碍文化自信的践行推广;因此必须通过如下措施优化文化生态、建设文化安全:以中国实践为基础,以美好生活为导向,以文化产业为依托,以文化创新为手段,以价值认同为目的。

Cultural ecology is a key to decoding cultural security and a“barometer”to observe cultural security.Structurally,cultural ecology reflects the spatiotemporal pattern of cultural integration and collision.In terms of content,cultural ecology reflects the quantitative scale and extent of cultural elements.From a functional point of view,cultural ecology manifests the objective appearance of cultural construction achievements.After decades of development,the current Chinese cultural ecology is healthy in general,but there are still problems including the loss of identity of some cultural subjects,homogeneous tendency of cultural contents,reduced of cultural resources,and declining explanatory power of the dominant culture.These problems seriously affect the value identity of cultural subjects,restrict the progress of cultural innovation,eliminate the dominant position of Marxism,and hinder the promotion of cultural self-confidence.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the cultural ecology and build cultural security,the following measures must be taken:based on China’s practice,guided by a better life,relying on cultural industries,using cultural innovation as a means,and aiming for value identification.
