伴随着城市化进程的加快,城市文化也随之兴起、繁盛。作为我国文化战略的顶层设计,社会主义文化强国建设为城市文化发展提供了方向指引与条件支撑,并推动了城市文化研究的深入。同时,文化强国战略也需要在城市层面的落地实施,特别是有条件的城市通过先行先试打造文化强国的城市典范。随着中国发展进入新时代、新方位,未来城市文化建设也应依照人们对高品质美好生活的需求,在提升城市文明程度、发扬城市精神创造与文化价值、推进城市文化创新、激发城市的创意创新活力与跨界融合、增强城市话语权与识别度、彰显城市文化特性与提高全球叙事能力、构建城市现代文化治理体系以及实现多元文化共生与文化善治等方面进一步前行,推动文化强国建设进入新阶段。

With the acceleration of urbanization,urban culture rises and flourishes.As the top-level design of China's cultural strategy,the construction of a country with strong socialist culture provides directions,guidance and supports for the development of urban culture,and promotes the in-depth study of it.Meanwhile,the strategy also needs to be implemented at the city level,especially for cities with economic advantages and cultural richness to build city examples.As China's growth enters into a new era,the development of urban culture needs to be in accordance with the expectations of citizens for a high-quality and better life,and to level-up the urban civilization,carry forward the urban spirit and cultural value;to promote.cultural undertakings and cultural industries,stimulate the creativity,innovation vitality and the cross-border integration;to improve the influence and recognition of cities,and enhance the cultural characteristics and global narrative ability of cities;as well as to construct modern urban cultural governance system,realize the multi-cultural symbiosis,and eventually lead to a new stage of the development of the Great Cultural Nation.
